Configuring Your E-Mail Account
for Eudora Pro - Mac
Open Your Settings - Getting Started - Enter your Username with % instead of @, then your company domain name.
Your Mail Host is mail.altitude800.com
Enter your email address as it normally appears in the Return Address field.
Click on Host Settings - Enter mail.altitude800.com as the Mail server name. If you have your current Internet Service Provider listed in the SMTP field, do not change it.
Click Checking Mail - Make sure your Username appears with % then the company domain name.
ClickSending Mail - Make sure your Return Address is shown as your email address would normally appear. If you have your current Internet Service Provider listed in the SMTP field, do not change it.
Please review the E-Mail Setup Modification instructions to be sure the SMTP Authentication Security within your email program is activated in existing and new email accounts.
