4. Click on the account you wish to edit and click on "Change" button on top right

5. Check if "Server Information" area at right lists "mail.altitude800.com" or "mail.yourdomain.com" as shown below. If it refers to another mail server name, do NOT continue, this does not apply to you. If it does apply to you, go to Step 6
6. Click on "More Settings" on the bottom right

7. Click on "Outgoing Servers" tab
8. Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box

9. Click "OK" to save changes
10. Repeat process for other accounts listed
11. Send a test e-mail message to yourself. Use the same password as when you login to get mail.
